Oppo introduced A77, its flagship smartphone A77 in May 2017 and it comes with 4G connectivity. As as was expected Oppo has now announced the 5G version of the phone, which has an updated appearance and improved specifications.
Its Oppo A77 5G is constructed around the 6.56″ HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh speed and 600 nits of peak brightness. The screen is covered by 100% of the DCI P3 color spectrum, and also has an 8MP selfie camera. This is a decrease from the 4G model’s 16MP camera in regards to resolution.
In the back, we find an rectangular camera island that houses two flash LEDs that are joined by two cameras, including with a primary resolution of 48 MP and a depth ratio of 2 megapixel. The first camera can also capture 108MP photos using some tricks in the software.
The back panel of the smartphone showcases its Oppo Glow design, which is claimed by the company to be scratch-resistant and wear-resistant.
It is powered by the Dimensity 810 SoC that it runs ColorOS 12.1 straight out of the box. Oppo hasn’t yet mentioned any Android version of the phone on its official website, however it’s likely that we’re considering Android 12.
The A77 5G has 6GB of RAM that can be extended virtually to 5GB. There is 128GB of memory onboard. The phone also comes with a microSD slot to expand storage.
The battery that powers the whole package is a 5,000mAh battery with a charging capability of 33W. claimed to be able to be charged 53% within 30 minutes and 100 percent in just 69 minutes.
The other Oppo 5G’s highlights are Water resistance IPX4, NFC, side-mounted fingerprint reader and stereo speakers to provide an immersive dual-channel audio experience.
Oppo A77 5G Price in Pakistan
Its Oppo A77 5G comes in Ocean Blue and Midnight Black color expected price in Pakistan is Rs. 58,999 (Currently not launched in Pakistan) options and has priced in Thailand ($290/EUR270). The handset will be on sale in Thailand on the 10th of June, but the availability in other markets is not known.
